Stig has over 20 years of experience in medicine, both as a specialist in family medicine and as a certified specialist in Emergency Medicine. He has both extensive in-hospital and pre-hospital emergency medicine skills. He has been instructing both civilian medical personnel, and military operators in Norway and several other NATO member states in AEC/PFC/rDCR. He is the Chief doctor in RS, the largest maritime SAR organization in the world, certified military and civilian dive doctor, offshore and maritime medicine certified. He has military experience from the Norwegian forces, but details can not be disclosed. He has had several national and international lectures and congress labs on austere medicine topics. He has been struck by lightning once, but it did not kill him.

Henrik is a former Norwegian Coastal Ranger operator with 13 years' experience. His main roles at the command over the years has been lead climber within VBSS operations, arctic mountain leader, small unit team leader and team medic. Henrik has multiple deployments around the world, where he has been tested in all disciplines of the job. After leaving the military in 2021, Henrik started as an instructor at the Norwegian Sea Rescue Society (RS) where he primarily was teaching medicine, from basic level (TECC) to more advanced courses for doctors, nurses and rescue swimmers. Henrik was also part of educating the rescue swimmers in water rescue operations. Henrik is Co-founder of Mjølner Group AS, and he fills the role as CEO of the company. Henrik is a certified Course Coordinator in the Austere Emergency Care (AEC) course package, provided by Specialized Medical Standards (SMS).

Registered Nurse, with specialization in emergency and trauma nursing. Works at the Norwegian coordination centre for blood preparedness and with prehospital urgent and emergency medicine. Red Cross ERU delegate. Medic in the home guard rapid response force. Emergency medicine instructor at Haukeland university hospital. Red Cross SAR volunteer. Multiple deployments with Norwegian armed forces and humanitarian organizations to Germany, Netherlands, Iraq, Haiti, Lithuania and Gaza.

Served 8 years as a Combat Medic in the Norwegian Armed Forces. Deployed to international conflict zones and provided frontline medical support. When he's not perfecting his latte art, he teaches tactical medicine with surprising competence despite the constant caffeine jitters. His students describe him as highly skilled, though they're still not sure how he functions on that much coffee. Fun fact: He once performed a medical drill while sleepwalking. It went surprisingly well.

Nick is a registered nurse and prehospital provider with experience across a diverse range of operational and clinical settings. His work has taken place in Oceania, the Southwest Pacific, the Middle East, and Europe, spanning both civilian and military environments. He has practiced in remote and austere hospitals and clinics, often working with limited resources to deliver safe and effective patient care. His professional experience includes surgical stability and damage control surgery (DCS), remote damage control resuscitation (RDCR), and broader damage control resuscitation (DCR) principles. Nick has also supported care and coordination in search and rescue operations, as well as rotary-wing and long-range aeromedical evacuations. Through postgraduate education and specialised training, he continues to strengthen his capability in critical care and operational medicine, maintaining a focus on practical, adaptable, and evidence-based healthcare delivery in challenging environments.

Certified ambulance practitioner with extensive experience in prehospital emergency care through both civilian ambulance services and the Norwegian Armed Forces' rapid response units. Lead instructor in Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC/TCCC), with broad international and domestic experience in delivering high-quality medical training.

Registered ER nurse with experience from pre-hospital work in ambulance service and from emergency departments. 13 years of experience in teaching first aid and emergency medicine.
